Today I will show you an example of the lamb dish with rice. You can see how easy it is to incorporate proteins and fibres into your daily diet with no hassle.

- Any Ready Meal e.g. stews, bolognese , curry - anything that already has a sauce based part
- 100 ml water
- Take your ready meal, place the sauce base into a pot, add 1 tbsp of pea protein along with 1 tsp of soya fibre and mix it well. Add water and cook for 10 min until sauce thickens a little bit. Warm up the garnish and serve over with sauce. Enjoy!
