Any Ready Meale.g. stews, bolognese , curry – anything that already has a sauce based part
Take your ready meal, place the sauce base into a pot, add 1 tbsp of pea protein along with 1 tsp of soya fibre and mix it well. Add water and cook for 10 min until sauce thickens a little bit. Warm up the garnish and serve over with sauce. Enjoy!
