Cheese Sauce
This classic, cheese white sauce is loaded with cheddar cheese, proteins and fibre and is the best thing you can make. This easy recipe is ready in 15 minutes and you can use to make macaroni, fish-pies, and cauliflower cheese.

Instructions
  1. Melt butter in heavy saucepan on top of stove.
  2. Add flour and stir until well mixed and bubbly being careful not to scorch.
  3. Remove from heat and add milk, stirring until well blended.
  4. Return sauce to heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Reduce heat, add shredded cheese and cook until cheese melts and there is no taste of raw starch.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  7. At the end, add wheat fibre and whey protein and mix well.
  8. Serve immediately with pasta, vegetables, fish, chicken or rice. If the sauce goes cold, warm it up on a stove, and add a little bit of water.
