Healthy Blueberry Mango Smoothie
This blueberry mango smoothie is so good for you, packed with nutrients and protein, you’ll get long-lasting energy with every sip. I love the colour as well and the flavours are incredible. I like to use frozen blueberries to add thickness to the smoothie, plus I always have frozen berries on hand. If you have fresh berries, just throw in a couple of ice cubes. I use plain fat-free Greek yogurt, but feel free to use your favorite brand. This smoothie is very versatile. This recipe serves 2. I love having a healthy breakfast ready to go!
